Richard Bandini is a Spanish-American musician based in Chicago. Having edited 2 previous albums under his former abbreviated name of Bandini, Richard put out his third album, recorded in a marathon session at Paco Loco Studio at El Puerto de Santa Maria, Andalucía in south Spain.

This third Album continues to dig deeply into his style. His music, always loaded with an intense emotional energy, drinks from the best americana alternative rock, linking his sound with artists like Will Johnson or American Music Club. To pair the sublime emotion inside the tracks of  A Hymn to the Beauty of Silhouettes the album cover design is built around a photograph by Aya Sawada framing the deep indian yellow of a wildflower into a dense blue sky.

All the art direction of the album points to a 90’s aesthetic. The CD decade, where inhabits the musical genealogy that shapes Richard’s cultural background.
